FAQ for customers outside Sweden.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my package?
A. For orders placed before 10:00 AM on weekdays, the package will be shipped the same day. Our goal is always to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During peak season (June–August) or special events such as Black Week or the post-Christmas sale, delivery times may be longer. The normal delivery time with DHL is 3–7 days. For home deliveries, DHL will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Q. Can I track my package?
A. Of course, we only ship to service points/parcel lockers and offer home delivery. We therefore do not send smaller products in envelopes, as we have no control over where your package is or whether it arrives safely. You can easily track your package here by entering the tracking ID you received by email when placing your order.
Q. Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
A. Please make sure that you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact us here.
Q. What does the shipping cost?
A. Shipping costs vary depending on the country you order from. Please read more about our shipping costs here.
Q. How much does return shipping cost?
A. The shipping and handling fee for returns is SEK 299, or SEK 1 299 if your package is bulky or a home delivery package.
Q. What happens if I don’t accept my package?
A. If you have chosen parcel service as your shipping method, your items will be held at the service point for up to 14 days. Items not collected will be returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling, and administration fees, currently 600 SEK. For oversized shipments, an additional shipping fee SEK applies (total 1200 SEK).
Q. How do I make a product claim?
A. For complaints, you must first send an email to reklamation@fiskeoutdoor.com. In the email, please describe why you wish to make a complaint and attach a photo of the damage. Also include your order number/customer number.
Q. My package is damaged, what should I do?
A. If an item from Fiske & Outdoor (HE Fishing AB) is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it must be reported immediately to DHL (click here) and to reklamation@fiskeoutdoor.com, no later than within 7 days.
Q. How long does it take before the assessment is completed?
A. The processing time for complaints is between 1–4 weeks, but of course we always strive to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
