Orders & Payments for customers outside Sweden.
1. About these Terms & Conditions
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a private individual, make a purchase from www.fiskeoutdoor.com and related websites (the “Website”). When shopping on the Website, you enter into an agreement with HE Fishing AB, corporate registration number 556875-1357, with the address Industrigatan 18, 553 03 Jönköping, Sweden (“Fiske & Outdoor”, “us” or “we”).
1.2. You can contact us through e-mail shop@fiskeoutdoor.com or on the phone 036 - 333 60 07 (local fees may apply).
2. Klarna Checkout
2.1 For international customers, we offer secure card payment via Klarna Checkout.
- Pay Now: pay the full amount immediately using your credit or debit card.
To be able to offer a range of payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order information with the provider of each respective payment service. The use of this information is governed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klarna’s privacy policy. Click here for the complete terms regarding Klarna’s payment services.
3. Pricing
3.1 The prices applicable to your purchase are shown when you place your order on the Website. All prices are in SEK and include applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment or shipping fees, which are stated separately.
3.2 If the price or information about a product listed on the Website is incorrect and you knew or should have known this, the price or information will not apply to your purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Accurate Orders Guarantee
4.1 Fiske & Outdoor stands behind the authenticity of everything we sell. All of our products are brand new, first quality, and guaranteed to be authentic. To ensure that our items are authentic, we work directly and exclusively with representatives of the brands we carry. We inspect products when they arrive in our warehouse and we stand behind every sale. If you are concerned about the authenticity or quality of an item you received from us, simply Contact Us and we will promptly provide a solution.
5. Warranties & Defects
5.1 All of the items we sell are covered under any applicable vendor warranties offered by the manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective. All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
6. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
6.1 According to EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receive the product you purchased on the Website. For sale items, the open purchase period is seven days. The open purchase option applies to stocked items that are returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging, along with the receipt. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been used, is missing its original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged. Any seal or tamper-proof packaging must remain intact.
6.2 You do not have the right of withdrawal if: The service has begun during the withdrawal period with your consent. The price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, for example, a stock. The product cannot be returned due to its nature. The packaging seal has been broken, for example on bait packaging.
6.3 When exercising your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use the item, but you may, of course, examine it carefully. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will forfeit your right of withdrawal. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us, while we cover the shipping cost of the new item (this does not apply to home delivery packages, i.e., packages over 20 kg or longer than 175 cm). Always contact us on our e-mail for your return retur@fiskeoutdoor.com
6.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include gift cards, personally customized products, or items that cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. Examples of this may include a fishing reel spooled with line at the customer’s request, or a broken package of worms, etc. For special orders or made-to-order items, open purchase or exchange rights do not apply. Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to collect packages from pick-up points; returns must be sent directly to the store.
7. Complaint
7.1 For complaints: You must start by sending an email to reklamation@fiskeoutdoor.com . In your email, describe the reason for the complaint and attach a photo of the damage, and include your order number/customer number. In most cases, it is our suppliers who decide what qualifies as a complaint, so we need to receive the damaged item before sending it on to the supplier. The processing time for complaints is typically 1–4 weeks, but we will, of course, try to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the damaged item to us.
7.2 If an item from Fiske & Outdoor (HE Fishing AB) is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it must be reported immediately to the carrier (DHL) and to retur@fiskeoutdoor.com , no later than 7 days after delivery.
7.3 Once the returned product has been received and it has been determined that the complaint is justified, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law. This means that the defect will be remedied, or we will replace the faulty product with a new one. If neither of these options is possible, you have the right to request a price reduction corresponding to the defect or to cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty. If the complaint is not justified under applicable consumer protection law, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 500 SEK, which corresponds to our costs for shipping, administrative handling, and inspection.
8. Our obligations
8.1 If there is a defect in your product or if the delivery is delayed, we are liable for damages you incur as a result of the defect or delay, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. However, you must take reasonable steps to mitigate the consequences of a defect or delay. We are only responsible for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable measures to limit your loss. We are therefore not liable for damages that you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. We are also not responsible for damages resulting from delays or product defects caused by obstacles beyond our control, which we could not reasonably have anticipated, or whose consequences we could not have prevented or overcome.
9. About these terms of purchase
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, but the Terms & Conditions you accepted at the time of your purchase will always apply to that purchase. All changes will be reflected in the most recently published version of the Terms & Conditions on the Website. Changes take effect once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions, that is, when you make a new purchase on the Website.
9.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with EU law. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority, or alternative dispute resolution body, the remaining part of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain valid and fully enforceable in accordance with applicable law.
10. Reservation
10.1 Fiske & Outdoor reserves the right for inaccuracies in the content of our webshop. In the event of currency fluctuations and other uncontrollable costs, we reserve the right to make corresponding price adjustments. We also reserve the right to retrospectively correct prices, images, and product descriptions that have been incorrectly published on our webshop.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, failure of deliveries from subcontractors, increased costs, and similar events beyond Fiske & Outdoor’s control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be considered force majeure. This means that Fiske & Outdoor is permitted a temporary delay or to suspend the fulfillment of its contractual obligations depending on the extent of the obstacle.
