1. Shipping and delivery
1.1. We ship your package with DHL, and you will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup. For bulky items exceeding 170 cm or 20 kg, we deliver your package directly to your home with DHL Home Delivery.
1.2. We offer delivery to all countries within the European Union. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia.
1.3. Shipping costs vary depending on the country you order from.

2. Returns
2.1. Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong product. For any return, you must always contact us by email (retur@fiskeoutdoor.com). In your email, please clearly state that you wish to make a return. We will then send you a prepaid return label by email, which you can print and attach to the package yourself. Once we have received the return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The shipping and handling fee for returns is SEK 299, or SEK 1 299 if your package is bulky or a home delivery package.
3. Right of exchange
3.1 With our standard return, you can of course exchange for a different size, color, or another product in the same price range as your original order. The quickest and easiest way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the product you want. Then send an email to retur@fiskeoutdoor.com and clearly state that you would like to make an exchange. Once we have received your email, we will send you a return label which you can print and attach to your package. The return shipping cost to us is SEK 99, and we cover the new shipping from us to you. As soon as we have received your returned package, we will refund your original purchase within 1–2 days. You will also be notified when the returned product has been received at our store.
3.2 For bulky returns, we need to charge a fee for shipping both to you and back to us. The quickest and easiest way to exchange your product is to place a new order for the item you want. Then send an email to retur@fiskeoutdoor.com and clearly state that you would like to make an exchange. Once we have received your email, we will send you a return label which you can print and attach to the package. The return shipping cost for bulky items is SEK 749. As soon as we have received your returned package, we will refund your original purchase within 1–2 days. You will also be notified when the returned product has been received at our store.
4. Refund
4.1 If you cancel your purchase within 14 days, we will process your refund through Klarna within 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw. However, we will not issue the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof that it has been sent to us. Please note that, depending on the payment method you chose at checkout, it may take a few extra days for Klarna to administer the refund. Please note that a shipping fee will be added.
